We’ve also partnered with a local donation company and environmentally conscious manufacturers to divert waste from landfills when possible. Non-Toxic Materials
The EPA estimates that most Americans spend 90% of their time indoors. That’s why it’s important to consider what you’re putting inside your home, and its impact on your health. When we have the option, we select organic materials like wool, cotton, and hardwood. We also avoid paint with large quantities of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). And we have a list of non-toxic product certifications to look for in every area of the home.
Additionally, we love adding live houseplants to every space. They act as a natural air filter and help to boost your mood. We also consider the flow and functionality of your spaces to encourage better productivity and overall mental health. Learn about wellness design here.
Transparency & Integrity
Studio Connolly was founded on transparency and integrity. We’re always up front about our process, pricing, and timelines. During our initial consultation in your home, we review our Letter of Agreement with you word for word so that we’re all on the same page before moving forward. If you ever have a question about something going on behind the scenes, please don’t hesitate to ask! Communication is key, and we love setting clear expectations for all parties involved from the get go.

Design projects can be stressful, especially when they’re taking place in your home. We’ve created a straightforward design process to take the guesswork out of your project. Your peace of mind is our top priority, and we’ll be there to help every step of the way. We’ll coordinate with contractors and suppliers behind the scenes to keep as much off of your plate as possible. And we keep a series of checklists at the ready to keep things running as smoothly as possible. With weekly check-ins to keep you updated, you’ll stay informed while we do the heavy lifting.
