A Lincoln Whole House Remodel

We love it when past clients come back for another project! This time, our clients had just purchased a home in their ideal location, but the interior was straight out of 2001 and needed a serious update. This Lincoln whole house remodel was going to be a complete overhaul. So we contacted the team at GoodSpace High Performance Builders to create the clients’ dream home, starting by removing most of the cabinetry, appliances, tile, & flooring. We also donated a majority of the cabinets, appliances, and fixtures to keep them out of the landfill and give them new life.

These clients love warm, inviting spaces with clean, contemporary lines and a little hint of drama. In the kitchen and great room, we kept the design minimal and crisp, with lots of texture. Wood cabinets, white countertops, and black hardware create a modern but inviting atmosphere. In the primary bathroom, we brought in a little bit of glamour with a full-height glass backsplash tile and lighted LED mirrors. The shower is entirely wrapped in quartz slabs.

To tie it all together, we brought in plenty of cozy furniture and textured rugs. We added personal touches using the client’s own artwork and decor, styling them along with some additional accessories to finish off the intentionally designed spaces. The gallery wall in the dining room is the perfect focal point for the home, and adds fun pops of color in a mostly neutral space.
