Before & After: Scandinavian Spa
Carpet in the bathroom? No thank you. But at least it makes for a great before & after!
When this client first came to me about a year ago, her bathroom was straight out of the 90s. Carpeted flooring, a shiny brass shower enclosure, and an awkward, built-in tub. She was ready for a major overhaul!
So we transformed this dated space into a spa-like retreat. There was no need to change the layout much, but we removed all of the old materials. New modern tile finishes, a clear glass shower enclosure, and a sleek, free-standing tub help to maximize the space. Plus, who wouldn’t want to soak in a tub next to a view like that?

Hard to believe this is the same fireplace unit – it looks 100x better surrounded by floor-to ceiling porcelain tiles!!
